About Coffin Bay - National Park
Picture ruggedly beautiful coastline, soaring cliffs, pristine dunes, endless white-sand beaches, sheltered bays and sparkling aqua waters...

Four Wheel Drivers will delight in the rugged, sometimes challenging tracks leading to spectacular destinations like Sensation Beach and Point Sir Isaac. And, with a 4WD, it's not hard to claim a long stretch of coastline all to yourself.

Imagine some of the best fishing and surfing beaches in Australia. Add natural bush abounding with native birds and beasties, great camping facilities and diverse bush-walking tracks, and you've got Coffin Bay National Park.

The remote reaches of the Park can only be accessed via 4WD (or on foot) but day-trippers in the conventional family sedan can still get around by sticking to the main artery of sealed roads that extend from the Park's entrance to Point Avoid and Yangie Bay.

Lookouts provide opportunity to marvel at the the dramatic coast, and Almonta beach offers great surf fishing to all.
